“ABC & Rice offer various food programmes and free education in English and Khmer to the impoverished children in the Poom Sala, and Kroligne Village area.
Families struggle through stifling poverty; in attempts to get at least some of their children an education, often leaving one or more child home to work. ABC’s works closely with the village chief and key community members to target those most in need, and offers a hand up.” Tammy Durand
